Postage & packaging   We ship all over the world but if your Pay Pal address is UNCONFIRMED then we will only ship items with a value of £46.00 or less and only using Signed for Delivery. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Each individual item up to 2KG in weight will have the cost of UK and Worldwide shipping shown. If an item is over 2KG it is not possible to give an exact quote for every country outside the UK so if your country is not shown please contact us for an accurate quote. If you buy more than one item we will combine shipping costs where possible but please be aware that to avoid damage we are unlikely to be able to combine figurines over 6 inches in height.
Customer service & return policy   We describe items as we see them and also provide a number of pictures which form part of the description. If an item is significantly not as described then we offer a full refund on the purchase price, the original postage and the cost of return postage once the item has been returned to us in the same condition as it was sent. We always obtain a Certificate of Posting and we can also offer Tracked and Insured Postage on all items if you require it.
Additional Shop Information
We ship all items within 3 WORKING days (A Working Day s counted as Monday to Friday) of receipt of cleared payment.
