Can I pick up the product?
Sorry, we do not operate a retail store at present.

What is your best price on XYZ?
Please find prices listed in our eBay store. We update pricing regularly and offer competitive prices across the board. If you require larger quantities (10+), please email us for a quote.

Can you ship this product to XYZ?
We ship most products worldwide. Delivery rates are listed on each product page where international delivery is available. For some bulky or heavy goods, we do not offer international delivery. Some products may not be suitable for use outside Australia due to the Australian AC adapter; others can’t be sold overseas due to licensing restrictions.

I have XYZ notebook, will it fit into your notebook bag?
Due to the large number of different notebooks, this question is impossible to answer. We do list measurements on every notebook bag product page. Please use a tape measure or ruler to measure your notebook and compare measurements.

Does this product include XYZ ?
We typically list included accessories. Please read the description carefully or check the manufacturer web page. If unclear, please email us. Products like mainboards do not come with CPU and memory included. Some images may show products in use with other (optional) products. Unless something is explicitly mentioned in the description, please do not assume its inclusion (eg an iPhone case does not come with iPhone).

I am interested in a product I couldn’t find in your store?
We have access to most IT products available in Australia and can arrange a special order for you. Please provide a part number if available or detailed requirements and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

I want to return a product that I don’t like. I’ve tried everything, it’s not compatible with my computer?
Whilst we do offer ‘Change of Mind’ returns, this excludes opened products. CoreComputers International only sells new products which is mentioned on every product page. Nobody wants to pay full price and receive a previously used product. Unfortunately that means we cannot take your product back once you have opened it.

I have returned a sealed, new product for a refund but I only got 80% back. Please explain?
Unfortunately we have to apply a 20% restocking fee to offset processing and delivery cost. This results in a refund of 80% of the purchase price back to you. Delivery charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
