All products sold by CoreComputers
International come with manufacturer
warranty. To resolve technical issues, your best approach is to contact the manufacturer first. We’re happy to assist with a warranty return if necessary. We act as an agent in the return process where manufacturers don’t provide direct end-user returns. To request tech support or a return authorization, please contact us via eBay message.
Change of Mind Returns
CoreComputers International offers voluntary Change-of-Mind
returns subject specific conditions:
- Products must be returned unopened, factory-sealed, shrink-wrapped
and in pristine condition
- Product must be returned within 14 days of invoicing
- A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any goods
- Positive feedback has been left for CoreComputers
- 80% credit of the product price once positive feedback has been left for CoreComputers International
Excluded from Change of Mind returns are all opened products, software, clearance and discounted products as well as special orders. CoreComputers reserves a final decision in every case.
