7) Warranty and Product Returns
Products come with manufacturer warranty which starts from the date the product was
invoiced. Some vendors may offer extended warranties - if applicable, this is listed on the product page. Customers must retain the purchase invoice for potential future warranty claims. CoreComputers International Pty Ltd acts as an agent in the warranty process. Customers should seek technical support from the vendor first. Warranty procedures vary from vendor to vendor; we are happy to assist in the process of making a warranty claim. A return authorization must be sought prior to returning goods to us. Products are only deemed faulty once tested by the vendor or their respective agent. Goods must be returned at the customers’ risk and expense in order to make a warranty claim. Faulty products are
repaired or replaced at the vendors’ discretion. Products excluded from warranty are software and consumables.
Customers who remove serial numbers, modify or choose to overclock any equipment do so
entirely at their own risk and accept that by doing so they have voided all warranties.
Equally, warranties are voided by damage resulting from accidents, misuse or abuse. Unauthorized returns or parcels that are return after expiry of a return authorization will be rejected. Goods returned on warranty which are found to be working will incur testing & redelivery
charges at the customers’ expense.
Customers are advised that warranty on any data storage device excludes data recovery.
CoreComputers International Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss of data as a result of
product failure or a subsequent warranty claim.

Change of Mind Returns are processed once positive feedback has been left for CoreComputers International.
