 Q: How do we post our Signs?
  A: Cosmo Fantasy maintains an extremely efficient posting schedule to make sure that every customer will receive their items ASAP after purchasing! The Hardware purchased in the morning with fully payment will be dispatched on the same day via Star Track (Australia wide); Otherwise we will send out them on the following afternoon.
 Q: Do we have combined purchase discount?
  A: Yes, it will specified on product page and varied from different categories.
 Q: How do we post envelopes?
  A: Some products are posted by envelopes will be delivered faster than parcels. Purchasing generated before 5PM everyday will be sent out the same day; Otherwise, they will be posted the second day.
 Q: Is pick-up accepted for tapware and vanities?
  A: Yes. Please contact us to set up an appointment for pick-up at our warehouses.
 Q: Do I have to clear the balance before scheduling pick-up with Cosmo Fantasy?
  A: Yes. We do requires a fully payment before setting up a pick-up appointment.
 Q: How to pay for my items?
  A: We prefer using PayPal or Bank Deposit for items purchased on eBay. Since we want to deliver you items on time, it is very grateful if you notify us by email or SMS once you finish the bank deposit offline (PayPal transactions send notification automatically).
 Q: How many days do I have to clear the balance?
  A: Since eBay has strict seller regulations, we require all the payments have to be cleared within 3 business days. If you consider cancel the transaction, please discuss with us within 3 business days ASAP.
 Q: Do we accept cash on pick up?
  A: No. All payments has to be cleared via PayPal or Bank deposit before pick-up.
 Q: Do we have display room in Melbourne?
  A: Sorry, we don't have display room but a warehouse locates at Sunshine west in Melbourne.
 Q: What is the material of Water-Slide Tattoos?
  A: We promise that the material we use for water-slide tattoos are all imported from Japan as the top-quality, non-toxic, safe & green materials world-wide.

  A: Yes free postage could be offered under special circumstance by negotiation. Pick up is available by appointment.
 Q: Can we ask for more item pictures?
  A: Yes. Just specify the items you are interested in via email, we will send you relevant pictures afterward.
 Q: What is the return policy for Signs and Printed works?
  A: It is detailed specified on each product page next to the payment methods. Generally, there will be a 20% handling fee applied on returning the item.
 Q: When could I require a item return?
  A: You have to contact us within 3 business after you receive the items for an acceptable return.
 Q: How does the return works?
  A: If you decide to return your item, you should post it in its original packing and condition once we ask you to mail it back. We will refund the money to your Paypal or Bank account immediately after receiving your item. Customers are able to judge our services by leaving a feedback then.
 Q: Do we accept returns on items posted by envelopes?
  A: No. But we do replace the faulty items by posting them once more to buyer's address.
 Q: Is the item exactly the same with the web descriptions?
  A: We 100% guarantee that you will get exactly the same item as it is showed and described on web pages.
 Q: Are photos of products on web pages are genuine?
  A: Yes. All pictures are genuine shoot by Cosmo Fantasy with no exaggeration.
 Q: What if I get a faulty items with scratches or other flaws?
  A: Contact us as soon as you find the problem and we will replace the faulty part to you at once~ Please do not leave negative feedback before discussing your problem with us~ We are willing to do any effort to solve the problem for you~
 Q: What shall I do if I don't receive the items after 2 weeks of payment?
  A: Please contact us immediately by email or eBay message, as well as sending your purchasing invoice to info@cosmofantasy.com.au. We will track the items for you and provide you the best solution ASAP~ Please do not leave negative feedback before discussing with us about your probelm, we are working hard to provide you satisfied customer service.
 Q: How many days shall I wait for bank deposit to be clear?
  A: It usually takes 1-3 days for the internet transaction to be processed. We will send you an email once we received your payment as a reminder for you~ The items will be posted the same business day once the balance is clear.
