| Return/Refund Policy
DCtrade offers a 7 Day return policy on all items if
1.User finds item not as described.
2.Item arrives damaged/dead on arrival If the reasons above are causes for returns/refunds, DCtrade will ask that you send the item back in its original packaging with all contents to us.
Once item has been received and inspected, a refund will be offered to buyer.
If however you wish to return the item because
1.You do not wish to keep the item anymore
2.Shipment took longer than expected
Then please email us. For this case, we ask that you please read all terms and conditions, item description and product specification before purchase. We will strictly enforce this rule.
DCtrade will not offer returns or refunds for Customs and Tax related
transactions. As these regulations are beyond our control, we have done
our part in shipping your item with tracking and minimal declaration but if your
local tax and customs approach you with any charges, these regulations are then
