Change of mind:
In the case where you simply change your mind, please contact us via eBay or email us directly eservice@dealsonbrands.com.au within 7 days of delivery. You will be provided a return authorization and address. Items must then be returned unused and in their original packaging and at your cost. On receipt of your returned items we are happy to provide a credit towards another purchase with DEALS on BRANDS
Wrong size or item:
In the rare case where you receive an item that is different to the one you ordered please contact us via eBay or email us directly eservice@dealsonbrands.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a reply paid parcel for you to return the item. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
On receipt of your returned item we will express post the correct item back to you.
Faulty Items:
In the rare case where you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us via eBay or email us directly eservice@dealsonbrands.com.au immediately that you notice the fault. We will send you a reply paid parcel for you to return the item.
On receipt of your returned item we will express dispatch a replacement back to you. In the case the item is no-longer available we will provide you a refund to your PayPal account for the item purchase value and a portion of the original postage cost you incurred.
