DVD Haven is an Australian online retailer of genuine DVDs at discount prices.
Our store listings
Great care is taken to ensure that all descriptions and images are correct.
Any errors and omissions in descriptions or images are unintentional.
Not all distributors shrink-wrap all of their DVDs all the time.
Budget branded DVDs
We cannot guarantee the quality of budget branded DVDs.
These are DVDs not released or distributed by major studios.
Take into consideration that SOME titles are of a lower quality.
We are NOT the manufacturer and have no control over quality.
We do however sell them and please understand they are sold as is.
We will not refund, exchange or replace if they are of lower quality.

Odds and ends
If payment has not been received within 8 days an Unpaid Item Dispute will be lodged.
Please ensure your eBay details are correct: delivery address and active email address.
Customers receive shipping confirmation email when their order has been shipped.
All domestic sales are GST inclusive and supplied with a tax invoice (emailed).
Underpaid orders will be held until correct amount is paid.

This offers the best possible protection and safety in transit.
Delivery / transit issues
We will not be held liable for items lost or damaged in the post.
AU customers: Registered post is recommended to ensure delivery.
Once shipped, we have no control on delivery time or condition.

Returns
Returns are not accepted at this present time.
If you received the wrong DVD from us, this is not a return, but a mistake on our part.
It must be returned to us in new and sealed condition before we send the right title.
Postage incurred by the customer will be compensated.
