 Q: Am I able to pick up the item?
  A: Yes, if you would like to save money on postage and are located in Perth, you are more than welcome to pick up from our shop in Subiaco. Please contact us through ebay prior to pick up as our stock is located in a different warehouse.
 Q: Are all your items new?
  A: Yes unless stated otherwise all of our items we sell are brand new.
 Q: What methods of payment can i use?
  A: We Except Paypal and direct bank deposits although Paypal is the preferred mode of payment as we can confirm the payment instantly and hence are able to deliver the item quicker
 Q: What are your bank details

 Q: Are your products genuine?
  A: We only deal with 100% genuine, non-counterfeit well established brands such as Scanpan, Munidal, Global and Cuisinart
 Q: What happens if I change my mind and no longer want the product?
  A: Changed your mind? That's fine. We will happily accept returns of UNUSED and UNOPENED products providing that we receive your return request within 14 days of the received date. Please note that we do not refund the original postage fees with the return and that you will have to pay for the return postage.
 Q: How do I arrange a return?
  A: To return an unopened product, please email us so we can arrange the best way to sort it out. Once we receive the products in their original UNUSED and UNOPENED condition, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage fees) to be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or PayPal account.
 Q: What happens if the product arrives damaged?
  A: If a Product is damaged on delivery, then you should notify as soon as you can so we can arrange it to be returned to us and replaced with a new one. You will not have to pay for any extra shipping if this takes place.
 Q: Can I combine postage?
  A: You sure can. Just flick us an email and we will sort you out the best we can
 Q: Can I track my order?
  A: 99% of our orders can be tracked through Australia Post, so unless stated as standard shipping you have the ability of seeing where your item is at all times.
