How to communicate?

Please use eBay message to contact us, rather than email. If you can only use email, please let us know by an eBay message. It is quicker for us to respond via eBay message. We try to reply on the same day, but 1-2 days delay could happen in some cases, please be patient.


I have sent you two messages so far, but still no responses, what should I do?

This would rarely happen. If it had happened, please contact again just in case that we had experienced unexpected delays, we missed your messages, or your messages did not get through due to certain problems. We are committed to customer service, and are fully aware of how important it is.


How to pay?

We accept bank transfer (direct deposit), PayPal, Money Order and Cheque. It is safe to pay to us by bank transfer, as we treat it the same as payment via PayPal, the same return policies apply for exchange or refund. PayPal offers buyer protection, we offer hassle-free exchange or refund for orders paid via bank transfer or PayPal. Money order and cheque are acceptable, but please make sure you write our mailing address correctly when sending them by mail.


When can I receive?

Delivery time varies depending on items and stock condition, please refer to "estimated delivery time" on individual listing pages.


How to track shipment?

The easiest way is to check on your eBay page, which shows "payment received", "posted" etc. as we keep updating shipment status. We update order status on daily basis, and will contact customers if delay is expected. Customers can also make a query to us via eBay message.


Do you offer refund?

We offer refund if item gets faulty in normal use or does not function as described within the refund warranty period. Refund is offered upon customers request and receipt of returned items. Customer is to pay for return shipping and refund will be issued to where it came from, i.e. your PayPal or bank account. For warranty details, please check "Postage & Payment" tab in listing page.


Do you offer exchange of items?

We offer exchange if item gets faulty in normal use or does not function as described within the whole warranty period (including refund warranty period at the beginning). Exchange is offered upon customers request and receipt of returned items. Customer is to pay for return shipping and we pay for sending items to customers. How to resolve a problem?

Very simple, contact us by eBay message. We will do our best to address the problems. Your satisfaction is our big concern. Our experience indicates, this is the solution that is the best, the most efficient, and to the maximum benefits of both seller and buyers, if compared with raising cases. Raising cases can get problems resolved in the end, but often turns out to be a long drag and waste of time for all parties.


I am an international buyer, is it easy to buy and receive my ordered items from you?

It is very easy and simple for you. You can quickly finish payment via PayPal, and our shipment is very efficient and quick.


I am an international buyer, do I need to pay customs duty when I receive my items in my country?

Countries have different rules in this regard, please check your customs website for related regulations so as to be aware of possible customs duty and costs of importing the goods. It is buyers responsibility to complete the customs clearance and pay customs duty and other costs if required by your customs.
