Warranty and Return Policy
DirectStore has a great reputation for dealing only with quality vendors, suppliers and manufacturers. We aim to source and sell products with warranty support where possible. All products are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise noted. Please refer to each of our eBay listings for warranty terms as they differ from item to item. Warranty is valid within Australia only. Warranty is not transferable and there are no exceptions. If the item(s) are being purchased by yourself then any warranty claims must come directly from you. We are unable to make any exceptions.
To return or repair a product purchased at DirectStore, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by contacting our Customer Service Department via email : firstname.lastname@example.org .
DirectStore will not accept goods for return which do not have a Return Authorization Number issued in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We will need the following information, before we can issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN):
Return Authorization Numbers are only valid for 14 days, so we must receive the returned product into our warehouse within this period, or you will require a new Return Authorization Number.
Please ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We will not accept responsibility for goods, which are damaged whilst in transit back to us.
DirectStore is not responsible for items returned without traceable markings (customer's name and RA#) on or in the carton. .
A copy of the original packing slip, invoice, or other proof of purchase must be included with the returned product. The Return Authorization Number should be clearly visible on the outside of the shipping carton;

Dead and Stuck Pixels Policy:
LCD TVs have 6.0 million cells & a few cell defects may occur in the manufacturer of the panel. The industry standard that is regarded as acceptable allows up to 3 bright plus 3 dark pixels on the panel which is in line with manufacturer standards & this would not mean the panel is faulty.

1. '0' Dead Pixel Guarantee - We will replace the TV within 7 days if it has more than 0 dead pixels.
2. ‘3’ Stuck Pixel Guarantee- We will replace the TV within 7 days if it has more than 3 stuck pixels. [ (These are either white, green, red or blue)
Buyer has to contact us within 7 days from the date of received; otherwise we will not provide this replacement.
Dead On Arrival
For dead on arrival items please claim within 7 days of arrival.
Outside 7 Days of Purchase
If a product purchased from DirectStore develops a fault after 14 days from original purchase, we recommend that in the first instance, you contact the manufacturer or their authorized service centre or agent for warranty service. Warranty periods and service levels vary by manufacturer and product.
If the manufacturer directs you to return the product to us as the retailer, then you should contact our Customer Service staff as soon as possible.
If an item needs to be returned to us for warranty after the 7-day period from the date of dispatch, postage forboth ways will be at the buyer's expense.
If you return a product claiming it was dead on arrival, faulty, incorrectly shipped but we find the product is in full working condition, any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt of the product or the product was shipped correctly, it will be returned to you.
You will be invoiced a processing fee and any freight costs associated with the return, payable within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace or repair the item, or if item is substantially not as described in the list. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not reason for a refund. Refunds are only offered if we are contacted within 7 days from the date of dispatch.
