Please READ before buying. We combine postage on items, so please wait for an invoice to be sent to you or send us a message for shipping price BEFORE paying. If shipping is NOT listed this does not mean it is free, unless stated as FREE. All questions are answered as soon as possible however we are busiest during the day packing, If you are urgent for an answer please call us on 0414559766. All items listed are in stock, HOWEVER very occasionally an item may become suddenly unavailable from a pick up sale before the ebay store can be updated, we will notify you if unavailable. When using Bank deposit, please leave a ref with the payment so there is no delays. Thank you for you support.

 Q: How do I get a combined postage cost for my order?
  A: Very easy, all you have to do is purchase the items you need but do not checkout until you have finished buying. You can then request invoice or total from seller. We then send an invoice with postage and payment details to your email address (not ebay account). Please make sure your email address is current or you will not receive the emails.
 Q: I have purchased some items, what is the postage?
  A: Every evening and morning we send invoices to customers who have purchased from us. If you have purchased something chances are you have already had an email sent you with the total amount including postage. Invoices are sent to your email address that you have connected with ebay.
 Q: Can my items be sent to a PO Box?
  A: For smaller items, auspost satchels and orders under 20kg we can send to a PO Box. However some of our items are just too big or bulky to be able to be sent with Auspost and will need a physical address to be sent via courier. If you have a PO box address on your order but it needs to be sent with a courier we will ask for an address to be sent to.
 Q: The item I have purchased does not have a postage added, is it free?
  A: No, unless the item has the 'orange free postage' circle on the listing it is not free. If the item is under 3kg and can fit into a 3kg satchel price is generally $12, if it is under 500g price is $8.50. For all other items that do not have a postage price added please send a message or ask for an invoice to be sent.
 Q: How do I track my item?
  A: After your item has been sent you will be sent an email/ebay message with the tracking number and how to track your order.
 Q: I need to know the postage for my order so I can pay now!
  A: During the day the quickest way to contact us for a postage price is by phone on either 0414559766 or 0242378400.
 Q: What payment options are available?
  A: Payments can be made with Bank deposit, (ANZ), Paypal, Credit Card (call us on 02 42378400) or Money Order. Cash On Delivery is also available with Australia post, however please note that this incurs a $11 fee on top of the delivery fee payable.
 Q: Do my items need to be signed for when delivered?
  A: If items are sent via Registered post or courier then yes someone will need to sign for the delivery. If you would like your items to be left somewhere safe we can put a note on the order to do so.
