| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving the item stating reason for return then item must be returned within 7 days. Item MUST be in original condition with all tags attached, unopened packaging, bonus products etc. A credit will be given on the purchase price only - postage is not included and buyer pays for item to be returned. |
| Q:Do you allow pick ups? |

| A:Unfortunately pick ups are not possible. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Once we have received your cleared payment your item/s will be posted within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). An email will be sent to you confirming this. Delivery is via Australia Post and exact delivery times depend on your location - as a guide 2-5 working days (longer for remote areas). |
| Q:Do you combine postage? |

| A:YES! We offer very reasonable combined postage rates and if you would like to know the postage price beforehand simply email us (ebay@discountpartysupplies.com.au) with the item numbers and your postcode and we will let you know the cost. |

| Q:Do you give discounts? |

| A:Although we are unable to discount the item prices themselves we happily reduce your postage cost when you buy more than one item. Once you have finished shopping simply email us to let us know and we will combine your items onto one invoice and discount the postage price for you. |
| Q:I want to buy more than one item - How do I do that? |
|
| A:If you are wanting a few items, go to each auction page and buy the items you want in the quantities you want and then request a combined invoice (email us to let us know you have finished shopping). Your purchases will be grouped together on one invoice with the one postage charge and sent to you within 24 hours so you can pay the total owing. |
