PLEASE NOTE: 

Australia Post postage increase as @ 02/11/12  There is no longer an up to 250g category! Postage is now from 0g up to 500g @ one and the same price! Wether your package weighs 50g, 200g or 300g etc. all is charged at up to 500g.  Registered post "labels only" are $3.20 which is a seperate cost and added to the regular postage cost. Clients please Do Not Check Out or make paymentuntil I have combined your invoice! Postage costs will add up automatically via ebay automated system. PAYMENT: Is STRICTLY required within Three days (3) from the date of the completion of the auction, UNLESS other arrangements have been made with me prior in writing. NB: Please put USER ID or POSTCODE as referene when you deposit funds into my account. This is important when it comes to locating your items so if you want quick service... The more details the better. Payments made; not equaling invoice total create huge headaches & delays, so please do not overpay or underpay but pay the exact amount stated on your invoice!

PICK-UPS: Is strictly CASH when this arranged.

AUSTRALIANS can pay via direct bank deposit  or pay pal.  !  NB: Please include a printout of your  E-bay Invoice when sending your payment by cheque or money order,of if you are unable to print out the invoice, then please enclose your username on a piece of paper within the envelope! Otherwise I will not know what your username is and cannot allocate your payment!

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: Can only pay via pay pal. No other forms of payment are accepted.

Pay Pal Payments: AUSTRALIAN bidders wishing to pay via Pay Pal MUST have their items sent via REGISTERED Mail or EXPRESS Post.  NO EXCEPTIONS !

COMBINED POSTAGE: I will always try to find the cheapest & safest possible way to send your items to you! All items are combined automatically, UNLESS : A client marks their item as paid or goes through check out, prior to their final invoice total having been sent. So if you are buying or bidding on more than one item DO NOT pay or mark your invoice as paid!!

Once you have finished with ALL of your shopping simply click on the "request total from seller" tab, this will alert me to the fact that you would like me to send out your invoice.  Please leave your invoice marked as UNPAID until you have finished all shopping & your final invoice has been sent out to you, otherwise combining items is simply impossible as a Seller can then, no longer access your invoice in order to do so!  For more information please click on the link below:

Refund / Return Policy: DivineBeginnings appreciates your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me prior to leaving feedback. lynrobo70@bigpond.com   Insurance is optional so please know that if an item arrives broken due to transit having been rough, or items do not reach you, that no refund will be given, hence insuring / registering items is the clients option. So please insure your items, if worried or in doubt.

You may return the item within SEVEN business days of receipt. All the item/s need to be in their original condition, not worn/damaged or altered in any way. Ensuring safe return transit is the responsibility of the Buyer. Important: Your shipping costs will not be refunded for any reason. If you DON'T Agree with my return / refund policy please don't bid.

Non Paying Bidders: A reminder will be sent out to you on day 7 of non payment. Also on day 7 a dispute will be opened by me. If I have not heard from you by day14 the dispute will be closed, I will not enter into any further communication with you and you will be reported to eBay  by me. You will then receive a strike against your account and dependant on the amount owing I may take legal action!! Please also be advised that a file is kept on all non paying bidders!

Quotes: Writing and working out quotes does take up a lot of my time, therefore I ask that clients only ask for a quote if they seriously intend on purchasing! So please only serious buyers! 

For Market Sellers, Charities, Fundraisers and Schools who purchase from 50 items upwards, I will discount. When I say from 50 items I do mean 50 single items of the same product and from the same listing & not 50 mixed items from different listings of course.

To get a quote please state your Postcode (if in Australia), or your Country (if overseas). Please also state the quantity needed, when you need them by - at the latest and the code found within the header of each title eg. nov 14. Or simply copy the title of the listing in full.

To give you an example:

Your location: Please give me a quote for 3210 Vic. via parcel post or with signature  etc.

Your location: Please give me a quote to the USA via air mail.

Date:             Items would be needed by the 20th of Nov. 2012 at the latest.

Clients please consider that I too am only human. Like yourself I only have two hands and need to eat and sleep just like everyone else. I too have family that needs me therefore, please remember that I cannot be online 24/7 and pack and send items 24/7.

Feedback:

All feedback is taken to heart, more so because I do care! Selling on ebay truly is non-stop and involves many areas behind the scenes that are not seen or contemplated by many buyers. Items are packed very carefully and there is no saving on packaging materials at any time, because I want you to to receive your items in one piece.

Items are sent as fast as is humanly possible!

Please don't leave neutral or negative feedback because your item did not reach you on time. I cannot influence the speed of Australia Post. So please be fair! Choose express post, ensure your payment is an instant pay pal payment, ensure you have left enough time for items to reach you on time, taking public holidays and or other possible delays into consideration etc.

If your package arrives and you have some items broken, let me assure you that they were whole when they left here. Every item is checked thoroughly prior to being packed. All items are packed with bubblewrap to ensure safe transit.  Parcel Post with signature includes up to $50.00 insurance and your post office will happily reimburse you for any damage that occurred during transit! Please don't hold me responsible for damage that occurred during transit because that is simply out of my hands. So please don't leave a neutral or negative when it was not my fault! Consider the circumstances and consider what I can and cannot influence.

Please also consider for one moment, that if an item was out of stock, that eBay's stock count is not always accurate! I as the Seller, would never list an item or items if I knew that the quantity was incorrect. With the huge number of items available in my store, it is impossible to count every sealed package that has been delivered by suppliers. Here and there the quantity purchased from my suppliers is incorrect. Hence the quantity listed may be slightly short. I won't know this until I get to the last few to pack and send. One other factor is the increasing number of non paying bidders! This truly plays havoc with stock quantities!  Im not sure why a client would leave a neutral or negative feedback for an item out of stock, however it has happened - even though the client was reimbursed / refunded immediately! All I can say is this - why would I knowingly list a quantity that was incorrect ? The seller pays ebay fees for it, so it would not make much sense ! In such a case I apologise, but I am only one person with two hands and I can only do so much.

I try to provide you with as much personalised service as possible, not automated because I am not a machine and value my clients!

So please contact me PRIOR to leaving FEEDBACK if there is a problem, or if you are not happy with something. Communication is the key to all there is, so lets talk! 

Public Holidays in Qld. and Statewide:

Please note that no items can be sent off to you on public holidays, due to Australia Post being closed. Your items will therefore be sent off on the next business day. Divinebeginnings will not be online to answer questions or send out invoices during Public Holidays. However the client is more than welcome to make their purchases via buy it now in my store, invoices will also be sent out on the next business day.

If you need your item to reach you by a specific date, then please insure that your payment will reach my account prior to any public holidays and weekends, so that your items can be sent off prior to these days! Please also consider having your items sent via express - should you feel there is little time prior to you needing your items!  Also please ensure you pay pal payment is an instant payment and not a pending payment which often takes 5 days to clear! Please note that these costs will go up every time Australia Post increases the postage cost and that you will find the updates here.

Letter Mail:

Letters via Parcel post :  $1.80 and up to $5.00

Letters via Parcel post with signature:   $4.85 and up to $8.05

Letters via Express:       No longer available as not trackable.

Packages Via Parcel Post 

Up to 500g Parcel Post:     $7.95

500g Up to  1kg  Parcel Post:  $13.70 and up to $16.75 dependant on location (postcode).

Boxes: For Boxes above /over 1kg (boxes), charges will be based on the 'deemed weight'. Deemed weight is the parcel's volume in cubic meters. As per Australia Post.  (size x size x size x250 = actual weight). We will use "pre used" boxes where and when we can. However if not available a charge for the box will apply. There are 2 sizes charged at $2.05 and $3.05 which is at cost to us - forwarded on to the buyer. The box charge is not included in the postage cost quoted below!

Up to  1kg BOX Parcel Post:  $12.90 and up to $16.80  (dependant on box size & location)

Up to  1kg BOX Parcel Post with signature

                                             $16.95 and up to $19.85  (dependant on box size & location)

 Over 1 kg box depends on state/postcode. So if you need me to quote pls advise of the postcode.

Packages via Pre paid satchel PARCEL POST :  Please note that satchels are limited to a certain volume, due to their size. We will try to put as much as we can in a satchel, so long as it is still safe during transit.

Up to 500g Parcel Post Satchel:  $8.95  includes packaging material.

Up to   3kg Satchel Regular:     $13.40 includes packaging material.

 All items sent within Australian that are paid through Pay Pal MUST be sent by Parcel Post with signature  - or via platinum express post !

Parcel Post with signature is a $2.95 "label" on top of regular post charges ( red and white label). It covers the buyer for up to $50.00 cover.  The label is at cost to us as per Australia Post and has no bearing on the regular postage charge (white label).

Packages via Pre paid PARCEL POST satchel with SIGNATURE:

Up to 500g Registered:   $11.20          Pre-paid satchel - includes packaging material.

Up to   3kg Registered:   $16.35          Pre-paid satchel - includes packaging material.

Packages via "regular" Express - (Only Payment methods not including pay pal are accepted)

Up to 500g Express:       $10.55       Pre-paid satchel - includes packaging material.

Up to   3kg Express:       $14.80       Pre-paid satchel - includes packaging material.

"Platinum" Express Satchels. Signature on delivery is obtained as proof of delivery and  tracking information is available on the web for items sent within the network.   Please note for parcels over 500g add $4.95 to the above rates for labelled non prepaid satchels.

Up to 500g Express Post Platinum Satchel$14.90 - includes packaging material.

Up to 3kg Express Post Platinum Satchel:    $19.35  - includes packaging material.

 

Expected Delivery Times Within Australia:

Divinebeginnings will post items on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Although I will always try to get your items to you as fast as is humanly possible, PLEASE allow 2-3 Days for your items to be packed and sent off. Divinebeginnings would not want you to be dissapointed because your item did not reach you on time! So please also consider any public Holidays as listed above! All in all allow yourself enough time for packages to reach you, as I cannot influence the speed of Australia post and cannot be held responsible for items not reaching you on time - due to Australia Post hold ups!

Generally it will take between  3-7 "Working" days  for the following states:

QLD. /  NSW. /  VIC. /  SA. /  NT. /  WA. /  TAS. 

Express Post: Generally is a next business day delivery. However Australia Post does not guarantee a next business day delivery for certain Post Codes! For precise details of postcodes served and guaranteed of next day business delivery ask at your post office or visit the Australia Post Website - austpost.com.au. Better to calculate a couple of days extra for delivery - just in case!

Postage Cost International: International buyers please note that I can often send you 4 or more items for the same postage cost! Simply leave your invoices marked as unpaid until you have received your final invoice so as to allow me, to further access your invoice and combine postage / items for you. Once you have received your final invoice you may mark your invoice as paid - as no further access is needed by me. If you are unsure in regard to weight of items and do not wish to go above a certain weight, then please do email me with the name of your country and the items and quantity you wish to purchase. For instance: nov14 x3  or  toy22 x8 eg. country: USA, is all I need to know. These letters and numbers are found at the end of  the title of any listing. Or simply copy and paste the title of the items.

Combined Postage If bidding on more than one item, then please email me to let me know this is what you are doing. Once you have finished shopping simply click on the request total from seller tab, this will alert me to the fact that you would like me to send out your invoice.  Please leave your invoice as UNPAID until you have finished all shopping & your final invoice has been sent out to you, otherwise combining items is not possible. Combining Postage will save the buyer quite a bit of money! If you are unsure as to weight and charges, please contact me - I am more than happy to send you a quote! All I need from you is the name of the item, how many you wish to purchase and the number in the title eg. toy5 or bra1 etc.aswell as your postcode or country. > See Quotes section above <   As stated previously - any item at 20mm that is from 0g and up to 500g in weight, is deemed a small package by Aust post. Hence if you purchase an item that is 20mm but only weighs 2g or 50g - it is still charged as a small package. Hence pls. take Note! Postage is NOT based on cost of purchase, but on actual size and weight - as per Australia Post! 

Paying via Pay Pal:  All Australian bidders MUST have their items sent via Registered Mail or via Platimum Express Post

Pick Up: Is Possible - However is By Appointment ONLY & correct cash is neccessary. Please also note that pick up is only possible on Monday to Friday and not on weekends, as I do not get to spend much time with my family during the week. Weekends and quality Family time is something  rather sacred here :) If you wish to pick up, simply advise of the day and time that would be most suitable for you and we can take it from there:) I will then advise of address etc. Please do not just turn up at the front door without an appointment! Chances are I am not home or if "someone" is home they will not know anything about your purchases or where items are located!

Days are Mon to Friday 
between the hours of 10.30am and 2.00pm (not including public holidays).
Correct cash payment is neccessary (I do not keep change here), and
pay pal is not accepted for pick up (no tracking number is available).
Location for pick up is Nerang
The client simply advises of the day and a time for pick up and we
go from there...

Non Paying Bidders: A reminder will be sent out to you on day3 of non payment. On day 5 a dispute will be opened by me. Late Paying clients and non paying bidders truly create a huge amount of unnessary work and therefore waste a lot of precious time ~ which would otherwise be spent on creating more listings, assisting clients and replying to questions! If you do not truly want the item then please do not buy it or bid on it - someone else may want it and you will not be wasting your or my time!
