IMPORTANT NOTICE:

From 22/11/2010: there will be no combined postage service for parcels to USA. If your parcel is over 450g, an additional $9 charge will added onto your total. Buyers from USA need to get the seller's help with your check out to decide whether $9 surcharge will apply to you or not.

Your total postage is estimated automatically by certain Ebay Rules. If you believe that you have been overcharged unreasonably, please contact seller to get your postage reviewed. If buyers check out without your postage been reviewed by the seller,   1) if the excessive postage is less than $3, no refund will be issued. 2) If your excessive postage paid is more than $3, you will receive either refund for excessive postage or free gifts to cover your excessive postage paid or sometimes the seller may upgrade your postage service from regular to registered or express mail. The seller has the right to decide what's the best to do.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- Payments are to be made within 3 working days, unless special arrangement is made. Otherwise an unpaid claim will be lodged with Ebay.

- Quote your ebay nick name and your post code when making the direct bank deposit to the seller's bank account (Commonwealth Bank). Paypal is welcome.

- If you forget put your ebay name & your post code with your bank deposit, please email the seller and tell us what the bank BSB or branch name is, and the deposit date.

- Buyers pay for shipping and handling as stated in each listing.

- Usually your purchased goods can be dispatched within 1- 5 working days (usually via Australia Post) after the payment is cleared, if everything goes all right. Please feel free to contact the seller again if you still haven't received your goods within 10 working days after you have made the payment.

A positive feedback for the seller is appreciated if you are happy with the transaction. And if you have any concerns/problems in regards to the transaction, please also feel free to let the seller know, and we will sort them out.

Usually we send separate messages to buyers after the products are dispatched, and we will also update the e-bay listing status as "goods posted" once sold items are posted. Please check the ebay listing status for updates.

- The seller strives to make images and descriptions as closest to the item(s) as possible, but from time to time the actual unit may slightly vary in color/tone due to the seller's technical skills.

- If unhappy about the sellers products, return goods in good and re-sellable condition. Refund will be given after deducting the postage and handling fees. 

All care taken but not liable for the damaged or lost goods in transit. Please contact the seller first if you would like your parcel to be insuranced or registered. Extra fees apply.
