- We use air registered mail for shipping to most countries over the world. Tracking number will be given if requested. Buyers can track and trace their parcels from the WebPages according to the courier we used.
- For the tracking number ending with "HK", please track it from Hong Kong Post. For tracking number ending with "CN", please trace it from EMS China
- If Hong Kong Post or EMS China can't provide you detailed shipping status, buyer may try to contact their local post offices for more information.
- All of our parts are available in our eBay store and auctions. If a part is not listed, we do not sell it and are not able to locate it.
- It is our desire to have stock on any item we list. Occasionally due to high demand, short supply or human error we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens you will be notified and given the option to either cancel for a full refund or wait for the part to come in (typically 3-14 days).
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. The delivery company will return the parts to China if you wouldn't pay for the import taxes (this is not shipping cost, but the import taxes from your custom), we will not refund you.
All sales are final. Return and Exchange can only be issued on defective item or wrong item shipped. Only exchange is allowed for wrong item purchased, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and subsequent replacement shipping cost. Replacement item will be processed and shipped upon return and inspection of the original item.
- Damaged Item
Damaged merchandise includes items that are damaged during shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, please refuse to accept the delivery. If you accept delivery and then find shipping damage, please save all packaging material and paperwork and contact us immediately. Digital photos will be required for all cases. - Defective or Wrong Item Shipped
If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please save all packaging material and paperwork, and contact us immediately with the item number, ebay ID, and defect description within 7 days after the date of package arrived, and we will process your request immediately. Replacement item will be processed and shipped upon return and inspection of the original item. No Claims will be accepted after 7 days. Digital photos are required for all cases of defective item.Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you. - We can only provide limited technical assistance at the moment due to not being a professional mechanic. We highly recommend professional installation for all of our products. We are not accepting any exchange or returns due to improper installation.
- If you believe the purchased item does not fit, please save all packaging material and paperwork and contact us with detailed information and digital photos to prove how the item does not fit. We will be responsible for all shipping costs, and a full refund will be issued upon verification.

- Installation and Maintenance
EZMOTO's "racing" products shall be installed by highly qualified and competent professionals working in the "racing" field, who have been specifically trained to operate such kind of products. The "racing" products shall be submitted to periodical maintenance. Thus, EZMOTO shall not have any liability whatsoever in connection with Client's failure to comply with the inappropriate and/or incorrect installation on motorcycle/vehicles and/or with the lack of or incorrect maintenance of such products, nor shall any "Product Liability" apply in such cases.
- Disclaimer of warranty
EZMOTO "racing" product are designed and manufactured to be used exclusively in competitions and, therefore, shall not be used on public roads. Thus, EZMOTO shall not have any liability whatsoever in connection with the normal wear and tear of such products, nor shall any "Product Liability" apply in such cases.
- Conditions of use
The Clients acknowledge and accept that due to the particular operative and environmental conditions under which the racing products operate during competitions, such products may subject to use under extreme conditions, which may exceed the project limits and control as set by EZMOTO. Thus, EZMOTO shall not have any liability whatsoever in connection with the use of the "racing" products under extreme conditions during the competitions, nor shall any "Product Liability" apply in such case.
- Limits to contractual guarantees
EZMOTO guarantees that the "racing" products are manufactured with high quality materials and in accordance with EZMOTO's "racing" products quality standards. Should the client, having received the "racing" products. Notice either an apparent or a hidden defect, he shall communicate it in writing to EZMOTO within 7(seven) days from the date of their delivery. We will replace according to the conditions.
