Postage & payment
We ship to Australia wide only. Successful buyer please provide a CONTACT PHONE NUMBER for delivery purpose. Delivery is traceable and if you are absent and courier cannot contact you he will return the goods to us or Australia Post will leave the parcel at your nearest Post Office. We do not take responsibility for failure of delivery. We accept only send out again for second courier fee or a refund on the item without refunding the courier fee. In case of private courier they do not deliver to PO BOX so please give a residential or business. Thank you for your co-operations.

Warranty Returns


All hardware is covered by warranty. Please contact us if you think your item is faulty. Any costs incurred with a third party is not reimbursable. Should your product be faulty within the warranty period, it will be subject to either of the two procedures below:

1. Dead on Arrival (DOA):

The buyer must notify us of the DOA issue within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers claiming DOA must return the item in its original condition, with full packaging and a proof of purchase, with NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE.

There is an expected processing time of 1-2 weeks for DOA returns.

Once DOA is approved, we will issue either a brand new replacement or refund at our discretion.

Due to limited testing tools available, we are unable to provide troubleshooting on all products. Please contact the relevant manufacturer for troubleshooting first. This will minimise the chance of having your DOA case being rejected by manufacturer if we or they cannot find any fault with your item.

Please obtain a reference number, case number, RA number or DOA number from the manufacturer should they determine that the item is faulty. This will help to speed up the processing time.

We can provide you with prepaid return label if you notify us of te DOA issue within 7 days of receiving the unit.

2. Standard Warranty

Standard Warranty procedures apply for items found faulty outside the 14 day DOA period, but within the specified warranty period (minimum 1 year).

For faulty monitors, laptops and netbooks outside of DOA period, the buyer should contact the manufacturer directly and arrange for a repair.

For all other hardware within warranty period, there is an estimated processing time of 2-3 weeks. The product will be repaired; replaced with the same or equivalent model; or refunded at the manufacturer's discretion.

3. Return without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Customers wanting to return an item for warranty purposes should first notify us, as we must open a case and issue them with a Return Material Authroisation (RMA) number. This number is to be included on the return shipping label. This is so our warranty team can identify the parcel. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and any damage during transit.

No warranty applies to software, accessories and consumables: Please contact us if you are having trouble installing your software or activating the license.

4. Change of Mind Returns

We will always hope you are happy with your purchase, however, we are happy to accept a return for refund provided the item is still in it's original sealed packaging. We are not currently offering exchange but we can refund you and you can purchase the item you are actually after.

Please send us a message within 14 days of receiving the item, including your invoice number, condition of the item and the reason for return.

The return should be made within 14 days of our confirmation, and in original, sealed and undamaged package.

If the item has been used, we cannot accept a return.

If the item is in resaleable condition, but the packaging has been opened or seal broken, we will deduct up to 15% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if:

The customer did not notify us prior to returning the item; and / or

The item is not in resaleable condition.

In such cases, we may charge the customer the postage fee to re-send the item.

"We do not accept returns for software so please make your decision carefully."

5. Refunds

Refunds can only be made through the original payment method, that is, Paypal or bank deposit.

Paypal - refunds can only be made to the original Paypal account of purchase.

Bank Deposit - we are not supplied with your bank account details when you pay us, so we will request your bank account details via eBay Message.

Credit Card - we do not accept credit card payments directly. If you paid with credit card, the payment would have been processed through Paypal, so the refund will be made to the Paypal account linked to your card. If you are having issues with receiving the refund, please check with your credit card issuer.

6. Shipping, insurance and handling costs are NOT refundable for all returns.
