Payments - All payment terms are strictly seven days from the date of purchase. If payment is not recieved by buyer in this time the unpaid item process will begin with no prior notification.
Shipping - All paintings will be shipped once payment has been recieved or cleared. If there is some instance that causes shipping to be delayed the buyer will be contacted immediately and kept informed of the situation.
Within Australia paintings will be shipped via courier. Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once painting has been dispatched.
Outside of Australia paintings will be shipped via Air Mail.
Returns - We do offer returns. Painting must be returned within seven days from reciept. Painting to be returned in its original condition, WE WILL NOT be held liable for damage during shipping, we do insure package for your purchase price. The buyer will be liable for the payment of return postage.
Questions - If you have any questions regarding a painting please do not hesitate to contact us. All questions are answered within 24 hours of being posted, if not sooner.
Bidding - Please note that when bidding on a painting you are entering into a contract to purchase that painting. Please only bid on a painting if you really want it.
Packaging - All paintings are carefully wrapped by ourselves to ensure paintings are protected properly. Paintings are wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and then boxed in corrugated cardboard to protect during shipping.
