No Surprises
We understand how frustrating it can be to find a great online deal only to see the savings evaporate in the form of unreasonable shipping and handling charges. At Emerald City Fabrics we want you to spend your hard-earned money on great products, not on shipping charges. This means no surprises during checkout, just some of the lowest shipping rates in the industry.
We ship worldwide including APO/FPO for our customers serving in the armed forces. We understand that once you have paid for an item it is yours, and it is our highest obligation to get it into your hands as soon as possible. Your order will be packaged carefully and quality checked for accuracy before leaving our warehouse. All fabrics are sealed in plastic to protect from damage, soil and moisture in transit.
Combined Shipping Policy
Save on shipping when you purchase multiple items from us! If purchasing items from multiple listings, we'll happily combine shipping. Just let us know when you are through shopping/bidding, and we will send you one invoice for all your items with combined shipping.
IMPORTANT: Please do not depend on the eBay shipping calculator to estimate your actual combined shipping charges. When you request a final combined invoice you will receive the discounted combined rates shown in our shipping rate tables below. Sorry, but multiple PayPal payments submitted without an invoice are not eligible for our discounted combined shipping rates due to higher transaction costs.

United States Shipping
Standard shipping services within the United States are US Postal Service First Class Mail (2-9 business day service), US Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business day service), or FedEx Ground (3-5 business day service) depending on quantity ordered. US shipping and handling charges will never be more than $15.45 with no quantity limit. Upgraded shipping services such as express delivery are available upon request and at additional cost.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Standard international shipping services are US Postal Service First Class Mail International or US Postal Service Priority Mail International depending on quantity ordered. Upgraded shipping services such as express delivery are available upon request and at additional cost. Buyer is solely responsible for all applicable customs duties or tariffs.
FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE! As an added benefit to our international customers, shipping insurance is included at no extra cost. This means that the full retail value of your order is insured against loss or damage during transit. At Emerald City Fabrics, you'll never worry about lost, damaged or stolen international packages again!
International Customs Notice
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or at the time you pick up your package. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We apologize but in accordance with US and International government regulations we cannot mark packages as gifts or with a lower value than the actual retail price.
