item received as described but the item was only sent after I sent the seller a message on 31 Oct that I had not received it. the seller indicated in writing that it would be delivered between 24 to 30 Oct 2023 right after my purchase transaction. had I not sent a message to the seller, I am not certain when item would have arrived, if at all. clearly, something went wrong and we're not happy about it since I had to cancel my brake fitting repair with my mechanic.
