I've transferred the funds - how long will it take for my money to appear in your account?
If you transfer the money before 4pm, it usually appears the next day. After 4pm it may take an extra day. If you use Bank of
Queensland the transfer is instantaneous.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
We generally despatch your item the same day we receive payment. Visit the
Australia Post website to determine postage times to your postcode. (Lodgement postcode is 4120). If sent
by courier we will provide a tracking number to track progress of your item.
When will you leave me feedback?
We leave feedback for you when we receive your payment.
Why haven't you responded to my email?
Our business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Occasionally we will be out of the office. You should receive a reply within 2 business days (though more usually the same day). Sometimes our messages just don't get through for various reasons - check your junk email box and if you still can't find anything, email us again and let us know you haven't heard from us.

It doesn't matter - you can transfer money into our account from any branch of any bank.
