Q: How can I get Express shipping?

A: There is a option every items for Express shipping. if you don't know how to do it. do not worry about it. just email us with your express request. we set up express shipping for you.

Q: My product has not arrived yet, where it is?

A: We provide 3 different type of tracking numbers. start with RR, CP, EM.

RR is not real time update, but location will be found by calling to post office.

CP, EM is the real time update. We naver lose item,

Q: My product has not arrived on time, what can I do?

A: Please, make sure that you order items before 2-3weeks you need.

Or you can order with Express shipping(EMS)

Delivery time is out of control for us. please understand it.

Q: Item is defect or wrong item, can you re ship the item?

A: Yes, we do re-ship the items. however, the clients need to provide a picture via email and confirm that client has return the item. Once we get confirmed with return item. we ship out immediately. the shipping on both way is ours. refund will be made once we got the return items
