Why there are two price for the same dress?
We have two listting formal for dresses. Auction and But It Now. The start price for each item is very very low so that more customers can have the chance to bid with others.
And the Buy It Now price is the real price hat refect it's value. A closing cost of Auction may also higher than a Buy It Now price. If you choose Buy It Now items, you don't need to bid with other bidder and wait until it's ending, and you don't need to pay the postage.
So if you get interested in bid with others. you can take a look at our Auction Listting and send a bid. If you need the item get more quickly and save you time and
energy, please choose our Buy It Now items.
Do you do combine shipping?
Yes, we do combine shipping. If you buy more than 2 items within 7 days, we will combine all your orders together. The postage is as following:
For Air Mail, we subtract AU$2 for each additional item from the second item. For Express, we substract AU$13 for each additional item from the second item.
I won more than 1 items, but I receive invoices individually. How can I do?
If you receive invoices individually, please contact us. We will combine your multiple items manually.
What is the shipping charges for multiple items
Shipping charge is based on the quality, the listing formal, and the shipping method.
For Buy It Now items, postage is free.
For Auction items, Postage for Air Mail is AU$11.99 for the first item and AU$9.99 for any other item. Postage for Express is AU$26.99 for the first item and AU$13.99 for any additional item.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?
Please allow an estimated 1-4 weeks for air mail delivery depending on the destination.
If you want to get items for quickly, please choose Express as delivery method . Express post will take 5-10 working days.

Do I need to copy the whole listing title to ask for questions for a specific item?
No, there is a unique 5 digit code for each of our items which are always put on the picture. You can simply refer to that code for a specific style.
The two lettlers after the 5 digit is the color code. You can also
quote the letter to
point the color.
Why there is no response after I wrote several mails to you?
We are here to answer buyer emails everyday and we are eager to hear from our buyers. All mails will be answered within 24-48 hours upon reception. If you think we don't respond your inquiries, check to see if the email fails and try it a second time, because no received messaged will be ignored by us.

Why the color of the dress I received is a little different from the dress in the listing picture?
All of our listing pictures are pictures of the real dresses and no color alternations have ever been performed. The color discrepancy may be different due to lighting factors and different computer screen settings.
