Change of Address
When you pay for your order delivery instructions are immediately sent to our international warehouse for processing. Once this occurs we will not be able to change the delivery address for your order. Please ensure that your eBay address is correct before you complete the eBay checkout process and pay for your order. We are not responsible for delivery of orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided to us by eBay through the checkout process.

Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office) we will contact you to organise redelivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

Return to sender parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the destination country so please ensure that your address details are correct before paying for your order.
