FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
All purchases will be dispatched by air freight to the country of destination within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. From there, they will be carried on by registered post to your home or work address. WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. Please note that we source our products from many distributors around the world with our major distribution centre being located in Hong Kong. This is the most central location allowing us to deliver goods to our customers around the world.

We rely on international cargo carriers, customs departments and local postal services in the destination country for the timely delivery of orders. Unfortunately any unexpected delays caused by any of these parties are beyond our control.
In the event that your order has not been received after 14 full working days please contact us and we will investigate the matter to determine the location of your parcel.
Change of Address
When you pay for your order delivery instructions are immediately sent to our international warehouse for processing. Once this occurs we will not be able to change the delivery address for your order. Please ensure that your eBay address is correct before you complete the eBay checkout process and pay for your order. We are not responsible for delivery of orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address provided to us by eBay through the checkout process.
Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details or any other reason (such as failure to collect the parcel from your local post office) we will contact you to organise redelivery of your order once your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Please note you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
Return to sender parcels can take up to 2 months to be returned to our warehouse depending on the postal service in the destination country so please ensure that your address details are correct before paying for your order.
Taxes and Duties
Any import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, however, the majority of countries, particularly U.S.A., Australia, Japan and Korea generally do not charge customs duty on small packages dispatched by air post. If you are not satisfied with our products, we will happily provide you with a full money back refund, no questions asked, provided the product has not been opened and seals have not been broken. Notification within 7 days of receipt is required so please contact us immediately.
If you notice any defect in the product upon receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time.

Returns

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect product or a product that is defective or has been damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can issue you with a replacement item or a refund. Please note that we may request a photograph of the product to hasten the approval of a refund or replacement.
One of our Customer Service Representatives will review your request for a replacement/refund promptly and will advise you of any further instructions if necessary. Refunds/replacements will not be issued until the product has been returned to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer however these charges will be reimbursed for incorrect, defective or damaged products. Other claims for a reimbursement of return shipping charges will be considered by our Customer Service Representatives on a case-by-case basis.
