We guarantee a full money back refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase provided that the product has not been opened, used or had any seals broken. To arrange a refund you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Our product range is aimed at customers who have already purchased or experienced a product and are aware of its individual characteristics such as smell, texture or color. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened so please choose carefully. If necessary we suggest you try out the product at a local supplier before purchasing.
Please note that we are unable to accept a returned product if you have ordered the wrong item, changed your mind or found the same product at a lower price elsewhere. It is therefore very important that you place your order carefully. If you reject the item by claiming that it is not yours and let the courier send it back to the sender, or never collect the item from the courier, 50 % deduction fee will apply.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect product or a product that is defective or has been damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can issue you with a replacement item or a refund. Please note that we may request a photograph of the product to hasten the approval of a refund or replacement.
One of our Customer Service Representatives will review your request for a replacement/refund promptly and will advise you of any further instructions if necessary. Refunds/replacements will not be issued until the product has been returned to our warehouse.
Please allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem with your order prior to leaving feedback on eBay.
Please note that replacements/refunds will not be issued if only the packaging of a product is damaged.
When you pay for your order delivery instructions are immediately sent to our international warehouse for processing. Once this occurs we are no longer able to cancel your order for any reason. If you need to cancel an order please contact us before paying for your order.

Many postal services (including Australia Post) do not allow the transportation of fragrances through their network so please order your product carefully.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer however these charges will be reimbursed for incorrect, defective or damaged products. Other claims for a reimbursement of return shipping charges will be considered by our Customer Service Representatives on a case-by-case basis.
