PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
PAYMENT: I ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PHONE, PAY PAL AND POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. TO PAY OVER THE PHONE PLEASE CALL 815-422-0400 MON-FRI 8AM-4PM. SHIPPING: I usually ship within 5 business days after payment is received. Weekends and holidays are not business days. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.I ship UPS ground, USPS priority or parcel post and freight for heavy items. A packaging fee is charged on every package. COMBINED SHIPPING: I will combine shipping when possible. You must wait for a revised invoice from me with a discounted shipping rate when purchasing more than one item at the same time. If you pay before I send a revised invoice with the discounted shipping rate you may not get a discount on the shipping. RETURNS: Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If you feel I have misrepresented an item please call me and I will work it out with you. Most Items I sell are used so there will be scratches, scrapes and other signs of use. I do my best to test or check over the parts but I may miss something so if you feel I have misrpresented any item please contact me so we can work something out. Thank You for looking at my items.
  

Returns are accepted within 7 days under certain conditions.

Buyer must contact me within 7days of receiving item with your problem before returning item.

Buyer will pay return return shipping but this may be refunded once I inspect the item and find it is not a useabe working part or not as described the buyer will get return shipping refunded.

If shipping insurance was on the part when seller shipped it to you I require it to be insured with return shipping.

Original shipping may not be refunded.

If buyer has a shipping damage calim please contact seller and let the seller file insurance claim. Usually the seller has a better chance of getting the claim paid.
