Please let us know if you require postage via registered mail or express post. We will automatically include registration for parcels where the item value exceeds $50.00 to safeguard your items. We combine postage wherever possible to save you some money. Combined postage is based on weight and is usually the cheapest way to give a genuine postage discount. Please contact us if you have any questions about combining postage or ask for a postage quote prior to purchase.

If you are the successful bidder of multiple items, please do not complete the checkout until we have sent you an invoice for the total of your purchases plus the reduced postage costs.

You can buy up to 3kgs of our items to save on postage provided they fit into a 3kg postage satchel! We can sometimes post cheaper without the satchel depending on your postcode. We add only $0.50 per parcel towards the packaging cost but otherwise charge post office prices.

A "Do Not Safe Drop" Australia Post label will be displayed on all parcels (excluding letter sized parcels) to make sure that your parcel will not be left on your property if it does not fit into your post box or you are not home to receive it. You will need to collect it from your local post office. This is a safeguard for you.

IMPORTANT: Please note that unfortunately we no longer post to countries outside Australia. We made this decision in February 2011 and apologise to any of our returning overseas buyers.

AUSTRALIAN BUYERS: Bank Deposit, PayPal, Money Order or Bank Cheque. Your eBay ID must be included when making a payment.

Please contact us within 3 days of committing to purchase from us. Payment within 7 days unless prior arrangement has been made. We will send a reminder regarding payment if contact has not been made and, if no response is received to our reminder, we will contact eBay so that the matter can be resolved. Every effort is made to reach a satisfactory outcome ourselves via good communication with our buyers.

We try to post item on first working day following payment received/cleared.

We will NOT be held responsible for items going missing once posted so please remember that we are happy to organise registration/insurance to safeguard your items. Please note that while Express Post is fast, it does not protect you against theft or fraud.

We will happily replace faulty items or any item "not as described" and pay any additional postage costs on these items.

We will accept returns (for exchange or refund) if you decide you do not want the item as long as you are happy to pay the postage costs to return the purchase and it is returned in the original condition with labels intact. The refund given for items not wanted or to be exchanged is for the item value only excluding all postage costs.

• We do not make money on postage and combine postage for you wherever possible to save you money.
• All items are wrapped well as evidenced by our feedback. A small charge is added to the postage cost for packaging, where necessary, to ensure that all items arrive safely and securely.
• We send a personal invoice on completion of the auction.
• A final email acknowledging receipt of payment and when you can expect the item to arrive.
• Positive feedback as soon as your feedback has been received indicating that the item has been received or email contact if there is a problem with the item purchased. Every effort will be made to reach a positive outcome.
