We are pretty easy going so if you need to cancel or change your order please contact us through the eBay message system before you pay. Once payment is received we ship our orders ASAP changes and cancellations may not be possible. After payment has been made exchange and return are at buyers cost. Orders that had free shipping at time of purchase and are returned these orders have a 15% restocking charge. Orders that had Free shipping at time of purchase and you would like to exchange for different color, size, or style are not reshipped for free, buyer pays all shipping cost to complete an exchange. No restocking charged on even exchange orders.

USPS Does NOT offer a tracking number for INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES. CUSTOMS ID PROVIDED.
Your customs ID # is not a tracking number but may be helpful if you contact your customs office. It is not uncommon for 1st class International mail to take several weeks.
