What type of sizing are your footwear sizes based on?

Because our footwear brands are sourced from all over the globe, we display our sizes in both European and US sizing. Am I able to negotiate on prices applied to an item?

All pricing is displayed as is on the eBay Glue store; bids cannot be placed on items or negotiated as all pricing is final.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free of charge at eBay Glue store. Orders placed by 2pm will be processed and packed ready to be dispatched on the same day.Most orders are received within 3 business days via standard delivery, but you should allow up to 5 days for your goods to arrive.

Our standard delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you straight away in the rare case of a delay.

What kinds of payment methods can I place?

The only payment method that can be used is PayPal payments. Do you offer exchanges?

We most certainly do. If you decide that the item does not fit correctly or it does not meet your preferences then please contact our customer service team on 02 9256 8400 or email at shop@gluestore.com.au in order to discuss the required actions for your exchange to be successful. Please note that items must be returned in sellable condition and if that is not the case Glue store has the right to reject the request.
