Is GST included in the advertised
price?
Yes all prices include GST. The invoice sent with your purchase
will include the GST component.

What are the payment options?
We prefer direct deposit.
Please remember to put the Item Number in the description of your
deposit.
We will also
accept bank cheques or money orders. Please let us know when
you send them so we know to watch out for them in the mail.
Currently we do not have credit card facilities. However we can accept credit card payments through Paypal,
or PayMate. Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American
Express (AMEX), and Discover.
Just let us know how you would like to pay
when you checkout.

Does postage include insurance?
Yes, all items will be posted with insurance.
The insurance cost is already included in the postage and handling
cost.
Do you
offer postage discounts for multiple items?
Yes, before you
pay, just send us an email with the items you wish to combine
postage for and we will send you a new payment invoice with your
postage discount included.

When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive within 3-10 days depending on your location.
Australia Post does leave a calling card if you are not home when
they try to deliver your purchase.
If you order has not arrived
after 10 days please check your address details are correct eg Home
or Office. Then send us an email with your item number and
we'll follow up with Australia Post to find your order.
