- Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
- All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is issued upon request through GoogolPower@toppower.co.uk . Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
- And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
- If items are returned within 15 days, a refund of the unit price will be issued (excluding shipping costs unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error)
- If an incorrect item has been ordered it must be returned within the first 15 days to receive a refund, after that period only an exchange is available.
- For the following cases, we will charge back the shipping fee spent in the original order according to the Royal Mail:
- Refund or exchange due to customers’ purchase error
- Refund or Resending due to unclaimed or incomplete address

- Return policy is exchange only, buyer must pay return shipping fee for defect item, seller will pay resend shipping fee. Leaving a negative feedback before giving us an opportunity to repair or replace the item will result in void of warranty.
- Warranty is void if products have been tampered or misused.
- In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
- In the case of parcel lost in transit, according to Royal Mail's policy, we will arrange second dispatch or full refund after 15 workdays since the product has been shipped out.
