|Return & Warranty Policy
- Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
- All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is issued upon request through GoogolPower@toppower.co.uk . Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
- And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
- If items are returned within 15 days, a refund of the unit price will be issued (excluding shipping costs unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error)
- If an incorrect item has been ordered it must be returned within the first 15 days to receive a refund, after that period only an exchange is available.
- For the following cases, we will charge back the shipping fee spent in the original order according to the Royal Mail:
- Refund or exchange due to customers’ purchase error
- Refund or Resending due to unclaimed or incomplete address

Return policy is exchange only, buyer must pay return shipping fee for defect item, seller will pay resend shipping fee. Leaving a negative feedback before giving us an opportunity to repair or replace the item will result in void of warranty.
Warranty is void if products have been tampered or misused.
In returning items to us, C.O.D. on shipments will not be accepted.
In the case of parcel lost in transit, according to Royal Mail's policy, we will arrange second dispatch or full refund after 15 workdays since the product has been shipped out.
