 Q: Will I be charged import duties on my international purchase?
  A: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
 Q: Are there any special requirements for returns?
  A: Purchase price will be refunded via the original payment method after the returned item is received. Any item sealed in its box or packaging by the manufacturer must be returned in the original and unopened condition for a refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made in the item's description or with the shipping method
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes. We always offer a combined shipping discount. The amount of the discount will depend up on the weight and size of the items won at auction as well as the shipping method that you select. To receive the combined shipping discount, please wait for a revised invoice to be sent after you are finished making your purchases.
 Q: Is everything listed in your eBay store available and ready to ship?
  A: Our goal is to always have inventory on hand to immediately fill all orders. On very rare occasions, however, an item might not be available to ship. In the event that an item cannot be sent within two business after payment is made, you will be contacted and offered either a substitute or a full refund.

 Q: Can you put an artificially low dollar value on the customs form or declare the shipment as a gift for an international shipment?
  A: No. Postal regulations require that we accurately represent the value of the shipment. To do otherwise is to commit fraud.

  A: Yes. Our store is located in Hampton, New Hampshire. The street address is 438 Lafayette Rd. Some items listed on eBay can be seen at our store and some completed eBay auctions may be picked up at our store.
 Q: When can I expect you to leave me feedback?
  A: We leave feedback immediately after you pay for your purchase.
