At Sent2u we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Faulty / Delivery Errors: To return an item you believe is faulty or you have received the wrong item, please e-mail us. We test all returned goods and reserve the right to return the product to you at your expense if we cannot reproduce or agree the fault is a manufacturing fault. In the event that your order is damaged in the post, please ensure the goods remain sealed, refunds will not be made if we deem that the customer is responsible for the damaged caused.
Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, you can return them to us by emailing to request our returns address within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged items: If the damage is limited to standard cases, please email us with details of the damaged cases and we can send replacements out to you. If the damage affects the product itself, the libretto or any non-standard packaging, please follow the instructions for faulty items within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
Unwanted Purchases: You may return your order by informing us of this by email up to 14 days after receiving the delivery. Goods must be returned to us unopened (factory sealed) or un-used and you must obtain a proof of postage receipt for the returned goods, the buyer is responsible for return costs.
Please note that we are unable offer an exchange service on unwanted items. If you wish to exchange your order, please return the item for a refund, and place an order for the alternate item. We are happy to refund unwanted items that are returned to us within 21 days after receiving the delivery.
For all returns: Please enclose a note quoting your order number, what you are returning, the reason for return, and specifying whether you require the correct item to be sent out, or a refund within 21 days of receiving the item. All goods that are returned to Sent2u are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by a secure postal method (Recorded or Registered Post). We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
