At Sent2u we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Faulty / Delivery Errors: To return an item you believe is faulty or you have received a wrong item, please e-mail us. Please note, this does not include instances where you've purchased, a region 2 DVD and it won't play in your region 4 player. We test all returned goods. If we reproduce a fault we will sent a replacement , at our expenses or fully refund you within 21 days after receiving the delivery. In the event that your order is damaged in the post, please ensure the goods remain sealed, refunds will not be made if we deem that the customer is responsible for the damaged caused. Should you receive any wrong items, or that prove to be faulty, you can request our returns address within 14 days of delivery by emailing us.

Damaged items: If the damage is limited to standard cases, please email us with details of the damaged cases and we can send replacements out to you, at our expenses. If the damage affects the product itself, the libretto or any non-standard packaging, please follow the instructions for faulty items within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Please note that we are unable offer an exchange service on unwanted items. If you wish to exchange your order, please return the item for a refund, and place an order for the alternate item.

For all returns, please enclose a note quoting your order number, what you are returning, the reason for return, and specifying whether you require the correct item or replacement to be sent out, or a refund within 21 days of receiving the item. All goods that are returned to Sent2u, unless found faulty and erros are responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by a secure postal method (Recorded or Registered Post). We are not liable for goods that do not reach us.
