When will I receive my Order?
With the exception of personalised items, your order is posted the first business day after receiving cleared payment. For personalised items please allow an extra 3-5 days.
For most Paypal (excluding e-cheque) and Credit Cards orders payment is cleared instantly. Bank deposits usually take 2-3 days and personal cheques up to 7 days from receipt.
For fastest delivery time we recommend that you pay by Paypal or Credit Card either online or by phone.
With the exception of FREE POST, orders are sent registered post via Australia Post or Couriers Please and will require a signature on delivery, if you are not home a "calling card" will be left for you to arrange a suitable delivery time or to pick up from your local post office.
With the exception of Free Post Items, we use a combination of Australia Post eParcel and Couriers Please (depending which is the most efficient service to your area). A tracking number can be found on your sales record/invoice and will also be sent in a separate email.

Delivery time will depend on where you live in Australia. Use the following as a guide only (delays maybe experienced during Peak Periods eg. Christmas, Mothers Day etc).

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship outside Australia
Happy Birthday Gifts endeavours to package all items to prevent breakage through carrier handling. From time to time - breakages may occur. You must notify us, thru the "Contact Seller" feature within 24 hours of receipt of goods if a breakage has occured.
NOTE: FREE POST does not carry replacement insurance unless you select the "Registered Post Option" during checkout.
eParcel & Courier Shipments are covered for breakages/damages (except glass) during transit,
however shipping costs are non-refundable.
Whilst all care is taken in packaging you order we are unable to offer
insurance/replacement for Glass Breakages from Australia Post/ Courier Handling.
