Return and Exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please use the "Contact Seller" feature to let us know and we will happily refund the purchase price of the item returned to us in original condition. Please choose carefully when purchasing, as there is no refund on the postage fee.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original unused condition and with bubble wrap and protective packaging to minimise transit damage.
Happy Birthday Gifts will not be responsible for return postage costs, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case we will issue a pre-paid return label either by email or with the replacement item.
Exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake where Happy Birthday Gifts has sent you the wrong product, will require the buyer to pay return costs plus additional postage charges to resend the item if a replacement is requested.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Happy Birthday Gifts will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Items Broken/Damaged during shipping
Happy Birthday Gifts endeavours to package all items to prevent breakage through carrier handling. From time to time - breakages may occur. You must notify us, thru the "Contact Seller" feature within 24 hours of receipt of goods if a breakage has occured.
NOTE: Regular Australia Post and Free Shipping does not carry replacement insurance.
eParcel & Courier Shipments are covered for breakages/damages (except glass) during transit,
however shipping costs are non-refundable.
Whilst all care is taken in packaging you order we are unable to offer
insurance/replacement for Glass Breakages from Australia Post/ Courier Handling.
To ensure we adress your concerns quickly and accurately we request that all refund/replacement claims are processed thru the eBay "Contact Seller" feature or ebay messages.
