I want to buy more than one item, can I combine postage?
You most certainly can! We encourage customers to purchase multiple items from our store in order to save on postage costs. If you would like to do this, simply use the 'Buy It Now' option without paying or checking out until you have purchased everything you wish to from our store. You can then send us an email to let us know, and we will combine the postage for you so you save!
I just bought an item, when will it be posted?
We usually ship items between 1-3 business days from when payment is received. If there are any issues or delays on postage, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns based on 'change of mind'. However, if you find there is an issue with your product, we will be more than happy to replace it for you within a 7 day period. If you have an issue, please contact us immediately so we can sort it out for you!
What method of payment do you accept?
We prefer paypal or direct bank deposit! If you do pay via direct bank deposit, please send us an email so we can mark your purchase as 'paid'. If you would like to pay via a different method, please do not hesitate to send us an email and ask.
What postage services do you use?
We ship our parcels using either Australia Post or TNT Express. We track your parcels for you, so if there are any issues with delivery, we will be able to track its whereabouts immediately. We also use the 'signature on delivery' service, so you know your items will be delivered safely!
