If the item received is damaged, DOA (dead on arrival) or not as described on our listing it can be returned (we will cover shipping cost back) within 7 days and we will replace it with a new one. In the event that a suitable replacement is not an available, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of your original payment.
Non-DOA items will be only accepted under exceptional circumstances. We do not offer change of mind returns or refunds. Any item accepted for return must be done so within 7 days (at buyer's expense). Items must be unopened in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging, and will incur a restocking fee of 20% + sellers cost of shipping to the buyer.
All software, limited edition goods and games are strictly NO refund. All storage Media will not be returnable once it has been opened. Due to health regulations, opened/used headphones cannot be returned if you change your mind.
We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise (it is recommended that buyer use register post or courier for return). Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the courier for the full amount of purchase.
Any returned items that have any sign of abuse or intentioned damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
Warranty on all equipment will be the manufacturers warranty and at the manufacturers discretion.
All costs incurred in returning the product to us for repair, replacement or credit is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was a DOA (dead on arrival).
If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should refuse to accept delivery of the product and direct to courier to "Return goods to sender" and notify us immediately.
