Thank you for your feedback. Please call again for your next order. It is a good idea to rinse your filters very 2 to 3 days and then weekly do a filter clean soak for one day, while that is being carried out put a spare set in for a day and change over to the new ones. By doing this your new filters will stay like new for months and keep your spa water much nicer to use. SPA CITY SPAS will have some instructions on our web page shortly.
