Q. Is this an official JB Hi-Fi store?
A. Yes this is an official eBay store owned and operated by JB Hi-Fi.

Q. What are "Factory Scoop" products?
A. Factory Scoops offer huge savings on everyday prices with red hot crazy deals on exclusive lines, supplier run-outs, refurbished stock and scoop purchases. These are online-only offers, not available in stores.

Q. Does JB only sell new items on eBay?
A. All items are new unless otherwise stated. From time-to-time we will sell refurbished and display stock.

Q. What is "Refurbished Stock"?
A. "Refurbished Stock" is stock with a cosmetic blemish or imperfection such as a scratch, dent, or rub mark; has had a fault that has now been repaired by the manufacturer; or is an ex-display model. All "Refurbished Stock" is in perfect working order and comes with the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Q. What payment methods does JB Hi-Fi offer on eBay?
A. PayPal is currently the only payment method accepted.

Q. Can I change my order once submitted?
A. Due to the fast turnaround, we cannot accept changes to orders once placed. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Q. What is JB Hi-Fi's return and refund process?
A. If there are any issues with your purchase, please email our customer support team. Any refunds will be processed via PayPal. Any returns will be co-ordinated with our couriers by customer support.

Q. Can I get a tax invoice for my eBay purchase?
A. Yes, please email our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to request a tax invoice.

Delivery

Q. What delivery options does JB Hi-Fi's eBay store offer?
A. Currently all items are delivered by Toll Couriers.

Q. How much will I pay for delivery?
A. Delivery fees vary according to size/weight of purchase. Fees are specified in each auction and are charged at a flat rate per unit across the country.

Q. Can I get a delivery discount for multiple items?
A. Most goods are shipped individually and charged a flat shipping rate per unit. We can't offer combined shipping discounts at the present time.

Q. How soon will I receive my delivery?
A. In most cases, goods will ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-2 business days of sale. Please allow for standard Toll delivery times to your area.

Q. Do you provide courier tracking numbers?
A. Due to the fast turnaround of orders, we cannot supply Toll tracking numbers at the present time.

Q. What happens if I'm not present for my delivery?
A. Toll will leave a calling card and you can contact them to discuss re-delivery or alternative arrangements. In some cases Toll can re-direct or deliver to local newsagencies for collection.

Q. Can you deliver to PO boxes?
A. Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes; please always provide a street address.

Q. Can I change my delivery address?
A. Due to the fast turnaround, we cannot accept changes to orders once placed. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Currently we only ship eBay goods to Australian addresses.
