Yes! If an item is damaged, incorrect or faulty please return it to us.
How do I return an item if there is a problem?
If there's a problem with your order contact us via the eBay messaging system or phone our office on 03 94171155 (do not email us direct). We will do our best to correct the error, but we cannot do this if negative feedback is left prior to you contacting us.
If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will take one of the following actions:
- Damaged item: While we take every effort to ensure items arrive in mint condition, occasionally items are damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, we will send you either replacement pieces or a completely new item. We do not issue refunds for damaged products.
- Faulty item: Our quality products are produced in our own mills and meet or exceed national and international standards. In the rare case that your item is faulty, we will happily send you a replacement.
- Wrong item: If you receive the wrong item, simply return it to our warehouse in Collingwood. On receipt of the item we will send you the correct item and refund your postage.
What do I do if I don't like the item I receive?
It's important to check all images and read through listing descriptions thoroughly. Our images come straight from the mill that produces the item and they are always accurate. We include as much information as possible in our listings to enable you to make the right choice when shopping with Homeport. If you feel that the image or description was misleading, please contact us immediately on 03 94171155 or via the eBay messaging system (do not email direct) and we'll happily resolve your concerns.
