 General Information
Not only are our prices competitive, but we pride ourselves on the speed with which we process orders. If an order is received before 1pm on a weekday, merchandise in stock, excepting instruments, will normally be shipped out that same day or the next business day at the latest.
Along with our two retail stores in Massachusetts, we have a state-of-the-art warehouse and shipping facility and employ a staff of shipping professionals ensuring that your order is processed and sent as quickly as possible.

Combine Different Items In One Order To Save On Shipping
For *most multiple items being ordered at the same time we follow the chart above. Unfortunately, because of an eBay rate listing limitation, the rates above don't always show up in the shopping cart correctly when ordering multiple items at the same time.
When checking out, if you see that the shipping costs are higher than the chart above, just contact us and we will put the correct rate into your checkout. We have programmed the cart so that *most multiple items totaling over $100 will automatically have the correct rate.
* There are, of course, exceptions to the above rates. For instance, strings have a lower ship rate when ordered alone while large or heavy items, such as instrument outfits or cases, have a slightly higher rate. Please see our Items with Special Shipping Rates chart above. Our individual item pages also have the correct rates posted for that item.
* If you order other items along with an item with a higher shipping rate, such as an instrument, there will not be two shipping charges. The "other items" will be shipped along with the "special item" at no extra charge.
We Ship Worldwide
We will ship to just about anywhere! Because of any special shipping rates that might be neccessary, we kindly ask you to contact us with your shipping information and we will quickly let you know what the shipping rate will be.
Important Information for International Customers
In addition to international shipping charges, the customer is responsible for any potential customs, duty taxes, and/or additional charges collected by the destination country.
Expedited and Rush Shipping
We offer expedited - rush shipping and delivery. Please contact us with your shipping information and rush requirements and we will respond as fast as possible with the shipping rates.
When Will My Stuff Ship?
Small goods normally go out the same day if received by 1 PM, or the next day if received after 1 PM. They will usually arrive one or two days later if being delivered to the Northeastern United States and approximately 5 days to other regions like Texas, California, etc.
Violins and Violas take approximately one week to arrive and Cellos about ten days.
