TERMS OF PURCHASE

1. Before You Buy. Before any purchase is made from Karaoke Home Entertainment (KHE) please make sure you know everything you need to know about the product as listed; it's specifications, warranty, compatibility, postage costs (combined or otherwise), payments methods etc are all fully answered, as all sales are final with no refunds paid for change of mind.

All non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay 10 days after original purchase date if the sale is not completed, to recover ebay costs in selling the goods. KHE will not enter into any discussions or negotations after a purchase is made, and NO excuses will be accepted so please don't buy the item unless you are fully satisifed with the product description and our terms and conditions of sale, all questions will be answered within a maximum time frame of 48 hours or call 1300 550 630 during business hours for immediate help.

1. Making Payment. Your payment is to be made within 7 days of purchase, using one of the above approved payment methods. Please ensure that you leave adequate reference when making your purchase payment, use either your ebay name or item number, references like "karaoke dvd" will only result in delays in posting your goods as we have no way of knowing who has left this payment reference. We recommend that you email us info@khe.com.au that you have made your bank deposit along with the reference left.

2. Disc Playback Compatibility and Product Specifications. Purchaser is responsible for all compatiblity issues - if you are unsure if you can play the advertised disc it is your responsiblity to ask before purchasing. Each product features different specifications, not all specifications may be listed in this listing, should you have any questions you must ask before purchasing, do not assume that something will do what you think it will, if you don't understand something ask before purchasing as no discussions will be entered into after a purchase is made.

3. Wrongful Purchase. In the event of an wrongful purchase ie you purchased a cd+g when you needed a dvd, you can exchange the item within 14 days of original purchase^. Goods must be in 100% resellable condition*, purchaser is responsible for return postage costs to KHE and you must also include payment for return postage back to the you (the purchaser), return postage costs will be advised by KHE, and any price difference must also be paid by the purchaser. If wrongful purchase has been made and the goods have not shipped as yet the item can be swapped for similar valued item or you can pay the difference for another item, lessor value item any difference will not be refunded.

^ Prior approval to exchange is required before sending back item. * We reserve the right to refuse any return regardless of condition.

4. Karaoke Equipment (Machines/Players). All Karaoke equipment is quaility tested prior to shipping to ensure all is functioning correctly and will only be shipped to Australian delivery addresses. All karaoke equipment is brand new and as standard comes with a 12 month (return to base) manufactors warranty (unless otherwise stated in this listing) from invoice/payment date. The purchaser is responsible for all postage costs to KHE and KHE will pay the return postage costs to the purchaser. Before posting any items back for warranty please make contact first as most issues are user related and can be fixed over the telephone. No returns will be accepted without prior approval, we recommend that you send your item registered post and with insurance coverage in case of loss or damage whilst in the postage network. If you live local to our store you can also bring it in personally during normal business hours. Please Note: any user damage will not be covered by warranty and charges will apply to repair and return the goods in these circumstances. All equipment is shipped with a tax invoice and must be present for any and all warranty claims.

5. Feedback. Feedback is automatically left for your purchase once your payment has been made, generally within 48 hours. Should you experience a problem please email us or call 1300 550 630 before leaving feedback.

6. Postage (All Methods). Once your item has been posted by KHE with Australia Post we are unable to track or trace any parcel unless you have paid for Insurance (Registered Post) or Express Post^^ (Next Business Day Monday To Friday if in the next day network) as only these two services have these tracking features. Your shipped email will list your Australia Post tracking number (if paid for) please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 to locate your parcel, quoting your tracking number.

KHE is not responsible for any lost parcels by Australia Post as we have no control over there services, should your parcel not arrive within a reasonable time frame (VIC 1-2 days / NSW + SA 2-3 days / QLD 3-5 days / NT + WA 5-7 days) - International anywhere from 7 to 30 days (allowing more time during peak seasonal periods), please email us so we can lodge a lost parcel claim (Australia Only).

Lost parcel claims can only be lodged for Australian parcels and can only be lodged 7 days after original postage date. Tip: If you have not received your parcel within the time frames listed visit your nearest post office as parcels often end up there when they have not been able to effect a delivery whilst you were not home. All claims for lost postage item/s are subject to Australia Post terms and conditions and time frames and unless insurance was paid for by the purchaser is capped at a maximum of $50.00 by Australia Post. All claims are paid by Australia Post and not KHE and will be used to replace the goods, should the amount paid by Australia Post cover the cost of the lost item/s. Insurance is available for SOME International countries please ask before making your purchase as the cost generally starts at around $10 AUD for 1st $100.00 (AUD) coverage. ^^ Express Post - Australia Only Service.

7. Dispatch Of Goods. You will receive an email when your purchase has shipped from KHE, all items as listed are generally in stock and will ship same day cleared payment is received however from time to time we can sell out of an item, generally new stocks will be no longer than 7 days away. You will be advised if we have sold out. Refunds will be only issued if requested after 14 days from original purchase should KHE not be able to effect delivery to you.

8. Pickups. Pickup of goods from KHE is permitted (save on postage costs) during business hours, please email or call 1300 550 630 to ensure we have your items on hand ready for collection before coming in.

Pickups are available from our Melbourne/Bentleigh or Perth/Mount Lawley Store during business hours Monday to Saturday only.
