Return and Refund Policy
Change Of Mind
If for any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase we will happily refund the purchase price of the product. An alternative to this is to choose an exchange for another product. Please be aware that all postage costs are the responsibility of you the customer regardless of whether a refund or exchange is preferred. All returns need to be received by us within 10 days of you receiving the product.
Faulty Items
Each of our items are checked when we receive them from the supplier and again before being shipped. It is therefore unlikely that a product would be sent out with a fault. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please return the product to us and once reviewed, a decision will be made about the return. In the event that it is deemed a manufacturing fault, a full refund will be made or a replacement item may be chosen. |
