Instructions for Winning Bidders and Payment Details
To complete your order please read the Winning Bidder email which is sent at the end of every auction for all payment options and instructions.
Payments must be received within 5 days of the close of the auction. To combine all of your auctions on one order please make only one payment, not multiple deposits.
Australia Post Money Orders and Australian Bank Cheques are also accepted.
Orders will be delayed if payments are sent for the incorrect amount or emails advising of all payment details are not received..

Shipping rates within Australia are as follows:
$6.50 for the first item (includes tracking number and insurance up to $100) and FREE for each additional item unless the weight of the package alters and requires additional payment.
International S&H rate is $15.00 (includes tracking number) for the first item and FREE for each additional item. (Read above re added weight)

Delivery & Insurance
We typically ship orders Monday through Friday (except for Holidays) on the SAME day as payment is confirmed on our bank statement. All orders are posted from SEYMOUR POST OFFICE (3660) in white bubblewrap Australia Post postpaks and have the Lindy's Goodies return address label on the reverse side. This is done to ensure that if for any reason the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Should this occur, we will always attempt to make contact with our buyers for further advice.
If this payment is not made, we will assume the buyer waives the right to the added security of Registration/Insurance. Should the package be lost or damaged in the mail, Lindy's Goodies will under no circumstances be held responsible.
If any Registered package has not been received after 10 days, a tracking number is available to enable Australia Post to search it's whereabouts.
Express Post is also available for Australian buyers. The cost is $7.50 and may take 1-2 days depending on whether your area is on the 'direct' Express Post route.
International Orders will be posted with Registration for a cost of $15.00 which includes a tracking number and insurance up to $100.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We do check all items which are sent out, however, mistakes can happen to all of us and Lindy's Goodies are in no way protected from human error!
However, if a product is found to be faulty, Lindy's Goodies will accept the return and make a decision regarding replacement according to each individual situation. In some instances, the item may have to be returned to the factory for further advice.
Due to the nature of body jewellery, we do NOT accept returns for reasons other than faults, so please select and purchase with care. Questions before bidding are always welcome.

Feedback is automatically left after receiving feedback from you.
We will work hard to resolve any issue which might arise. As previously indicated, Lindy's Goodies are not exempt from making human errors!
Please don't just leave us Negative Feedback to get our attention.
We will always respond to emails - if not immediately (we do need sleep too!), then as soon as the office reopens.
It is a fact that many of the Negative Feedbacks that we have received are from a very small percentage of our customer base. We do try to work all grievances out, many of which have been postage related and which we unfortunately have no control over, when postal Registration is not purchased.

WHERE ARE MY GOODS!
Unless otherwise stated, all Gold items are 18kt gold plated. The gold used is High Grade, German quality and to date, we've had no complaints from customers regarding the wear and tear of these items.
However, please remember that no gold jewellery should be worn while swimming (can be affected by chemicals), or undertaking any other activities which would expose the items to other than 'normal' wearing conditions.
Body jewellery is NOT sterile when sent, so please, sterilise before use to protect yourself from infection.
The simplest way to disinfect your body jewellery is with a mixture of Disinfectant and water. Just dab it onto the item with cotton wool and it will be ready for wear. If using this solution on a tongue barbell, simply disinfect, then rinse thoroughly under hot (tap) water.
WHERE ARE MY GOODS: If you've paid and haven't yet received your items, please make sure you did the following before assuming you've been 'ripped off'.
1. Send an email to lindy3660@austarnet.com.au with the details of when you paid, how you paid (branch, online, paypal etc.), and if paid at a branch, mention which branch it was. Many branches are basically too lazy to write the reference you may give them .. so we need to know which branch to identify the payment as yours.
2. Above all - your emails should not be rude, aggressive or abusive. We do NOT keep your funds for the fun of it! Basically, think of it this way - if we couldn't identify a payment as yours, what do you really expect us to do?
Rude and abusive emails will be replied in the same manner in whcih they are received, so don't expect anything less! And once we've identified your payment and processed your order, you'll be blocked from further purchasing from us for your trouble.
