If you are not satisfied with your purchase after you receive it please do let me know so we can resolve the issue. I do accept returns.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

Postage & packaging charges are quoted within all my listings. They are based entirely on weight + size/price of packaging used.

The price of postage will be shown on the parcel when it arrives & you can also check the rates at royalmail.com

If you think I've charged you too much, please contact me. I try to be as accurate as possible but occasionally get it wrong in which case I'll refund the difference if it is over 25p. 

I do NOT make a profit on postage & packaging - most items cost at least 50p to pack.

POSTAGE DISCOUNT OFFER:

When possible, I offer a postage discount on orders of 2 or more items dispatched together. Occasionally I cannot give a discount at all but will do so whenever possible.

The amount of discount depends entirely on total weight & destination. It will usually be between 50p and £1.50 per additional item, but the more you buy, the bigger the discount!

I am happy to give you a no obligation quote for postage & packaging for more than 1 item.

I am also happy to await the end of other auctions before giving you a final invoice for all your books. Please let me know if you want me to do this.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ:

AIRMAIL delivery times are usually: 5-7 days within Europe, & 7-10 days elsewhere. However, delays do occur & delivery times can vary depending on the postal service within your own country.

All items sent overseas are wrapped extra carefully to minimise the risk of damage.

Please let me know if you change your mind about your purchase - that is not a problem at all as we can cancel the sale.

NON PAYMENT

If your item has not been paid for & I have not heard from you within 7 days of the purchase, I will open an Unpaid Item case so I can recover the fees I have paid. 

This may result in you getting an "Unpaid Item Strike" on your account.
