| | | Ebays Detailed Sellers Rating = DSR's stars.
Please know that when you give your seller a 4 or less on any
star rating , that seller then falls below Ebays 4.4 standard.
Falling to a 4.3 on any rating will result in your seller losing
all rights to list on ebay .
In the feedback DSR process the buyer is asked::
1. How accurate was the item description?
If the buyer says "Accurate" they leave 4 stars
2. "How satified were you with the seller's communication?
If the buyer says "Satisfied" they leave 4 stars.
3. "How quickly did the seller ship the item?"
If the buyer says "Quickly" they leave 4 stars.
4. "How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges?
If the buyer says reasonable they leave 4 stars.
"Accurate" "Satisfied" "Quickly" "Reasonable" all 4 stars from
a satisfied buyer.
All these will in turn , put the seller well below the 4.4 they
must maintain to sell on ebay.
Anything less than a 5 will result in seller losing all selling rights.
"A 4.3 or lower indicates a seller that does not meet the
standard for conducting business on eBay."
Sellers only want buyers to understand that leaving anything
less than a 5 ,hurts the seller in a major way.
If 10 HAPPY buyers give a seller all 4 's ,that will give the
seller a 4.0 rating .lower than the 4.4 needed to sell on ebay.
Please know giving your seller all 5's may mean you have a chance
to buy from them again.Without the 5's small sellers will be gone.
If you received your item - received it as described - received it in
a fair amount of time - and received it for the shipping you agreed
to when you bid. PLEASE consider giving your seller 5 stars.
Thank You! |
