Received a call from Lavazza advising my order would be cancelled. I get it, I bought too much. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and jovial despite the stern words, my criticism is not of her. No problems so far. To then not cancel the order I made, holding more than $5000 until I can raise it a request with eBay is v poor form. If you had not done this I would have left positive feedback regardless of my order not being filled. Very disappointed Lavazza. Very disappointed indeed.
