- We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. For the purpose of warranty DOA is when an item cannot perform its functions. Any DOAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first to obtain a Return Authorisation number.
- If an item needs to be returned after the 7-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
- The return item must be in new condition with the full package.
- Seller is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damages during delivery. Insurance obtained at checkout will provide for compensation for costs if situation like this arises.
- We usually dispatch items within 24 hours after payment is made, however it may take longer during busy periods it the warehouse.
- We ship through nation wide courier services and eParcel Australia Post, depending on the size of the item.
- Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery.
