This policy is in place for 3 days after the Buyer receives the item after which the product will be deemed as satisfactory and as was expected.

All Return Postage is to be paid by the Buyer. Return to Sender Items will not be refunded

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased (but not at auction) if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.

Also where a product is damaged in Transit i.e. by the Carrier, then it is the carriers responsibility for any financial reimbursement for the damaged item.
